We are a retail property investment company based in Kent.

We have grown our business over the last 5 years via a recurring stream of development and trading profits which has expanded our investment portfolio.

Our development programme is structured with minimal risk and capital employed. A small number of development schemes are financed with bank funding the majority of the schemes are pre-sold or forward sold. This has a positive effect on return on capital employed and has enabled the company to create a continual development programme.

Our investment philosophy is based on a number of key principles. Firstly, the number of properties held is kept relatively low to allow for a quick response to new opportunities. Secondly there is a preference towards multi-let stock where value can be added through lease restructuring or complete re-working of an under performing investment. Finally, we look to add value either through partial/complete refurbishment or new development.
